4011 / 4093 IC NAND gates
The 4011 and 4093 NAND gates operate with supply voltages between 3 and 15V.
Both types of gates have very large input resistance (≈109Ω) and low output resistance (≈100Ω).
The 4011 gates have the basic NAND function,
with logic 0 being less than half of the supply voltage (Vs), and logic 1 being more than ½Vs.
The 4093 gates have Schmitt NAND function,
with logic 0 being less than ≈1.5V, and logic 1 being more than ≈3.8V, when operating from a 10V supply.
